Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phcush platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact phcush support immediately via live chat.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phcush reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

If you suspect that your phcush account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phcush support immediately via live chat. phcush will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account pending investigation.
Your phcush account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
phcush accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcush does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
The minimum deposit amount on the phcush platform is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your phcush account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phcush within the timeframes specified on the platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. phcush reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. phcush reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the phcush platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcush does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
phcush may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Bonus funds credited to your phcush account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phcush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phcush platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phcush's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcush account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phcush platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcush makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may request closure of your phcush account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phcush's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
